หน้านี้อธิบายว่าระบบตอบข้อความอัตโนมัติ (แชทบอท) “MyCondo Chat” (Meta App ID 1037886295946903) บน Facebook Messenger ของเพจ “MyCondo ขาย-เช่าคอนโด by Sale Mymind” และเพจ Facebook อื่นที่ บริษัท ไทเกอร์ ครีเอทีฟ จำกัด (Tiger Creative Company Limited) ดูแล เก็บข้อมูลอะไรของท่านไว้บ้าง และท่านจะขอให้เราลบข้อมูลดังกล่าวได้อย่างไร หน้านี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว ของเรา

1. ข้อมูลที่ระบบแชทบอทเก็บไว้

เมื่อท่านส่งข้อความถึงเพจของเราผ่าน Messenger ระบบของเราจะได้รับและจัดเก็บข้อมูลต่อไปนี้ไว้บนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของบริษัทเอง

เราไม่ได้รับรหัสผ่าน Facebook อีเมล รายชื่อเพื่อน โพสต์ หรือข้อมูลอื่นใดในบัญชี Facebook ของท่าน และระบบไม่ได้ใช้ Facebook Login ของท่าน

เพื่อสร้างคำตอบ ระบบจะส่งข้อความของท่านและบริบทการสนทนาล่าสุด (ไม่รวม PSID) ไปประมวลผลที่ Anthropic, PBC (สหรัฐอเมริกา) ซึ่งเป็นผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามสัญญากับบริษัท และตามข้อกำหนดการใช้บริการเชิงพาณิชย์ของผู้ให้บริการ ข้อมูลของท่านจะไม่ถูกนำไปใช้ฝึกโมเดล รายละเอียดอยู่ในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว ข้อ 4

2. วิธีขอลบข้อมูล

เลือกช่องทางใดช่องทางหนึ่งต่อไปนี้

1. พิมพ์ในแชท Messenger (เร็วที่สุด)
   ส่งข้อความ “ลบข้อมูลของฉัน” หรือ “delete my data” ถึงเพจที่ท่านเคยสนทนาด้วย ระบบจะบันทึกคำขอและตอบยืนยันว่าได้รับคำขอแล้ว (หากขณะนั้นเจ้าหน้าที่กำลังดูแลการสนทนาอยู่ เจ้าหน้าที่จะเป็นผู้ตอบรับแทน) จากนั้นเจ้าหน้าที่จะดำเนินการลบข้อมูล
2. อีเมล
   ส่งอีเมลถึง info@investorcondo.com หัวข้อ “ขอลบข้อมูล / Data deletion request” โดยระบุชื่อที่ใช้ในบัญชี Facebook และช่วงเวลาที่เคยติดต่อ (หรือเบอร์โทรศัพท์ที่เคยแจ้งไว้) เพื่อให้เราค้นหาข้อมูลของท่านได้ถูกต้อง
3. LINE หรือโทรศัพท์
   LINE @mycondo หรือโทร 092-526-0330

เราอาจขอข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อยืนยันว่าท่านเป็นเจ้าของข้อมูล และจะไม่นำข้อมูลนั้นไปใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่น

3. ขั้นตอนและระยะเวลา

1. เราตอบรับคำขอภายใน 3 วันทำการ
2. เราลบข้อมูลตามข้อ 1 ทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับท่านออกจากระบบที่ใช้งานอยู่ภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับคำขอ
3. เราแจ้งยืนยันการลบให้ท่านทราบผ่านช่องทางเดียวกับที่ท่านยื่นคำขอ

หากท่านไม่ได้ยื่นคำขอ ข้อมูลจะถูกลบโดยอัตโนมัติตามระยะเวลาที่ระบุในตารางข้อ 1

4. ข้อมูลที่อาจยังคงอยู่หลังการลบ

• ข้อมูลที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บ เช่น เอกสารประกอบการจองหรือซื้อที่ดำเนินการไปแล้ว ซึ่งจะเก็บไว้เท่าที่กฎหมายกำหนดเท่านั้น
• ข้อมูลเชิงสถิติที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้
• สำเนาบทสนทนาในแอป Messenger ของท่านเอง และข้อมูลที่ Meta เก็บไว้บนแพลตฟอร์มของ Meta ซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของ Meta ท่านสามารถลบบทสนทนาฝั่งของท่านได้ในแอป Messenger และสามารถบล็อกเพจเพื่อหยุดการติดต่อได้ทุกเมื่อ

5. สิทธิ์อื่นของท่าน

นอกจากการขอลบ ท่านมีสิทธิ์ขอเข้าถึง ขอรับสำเนา แก้ไข ระงับการใช้ หรือคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน และถอนความยินยอมได้ตลอดเวลา ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 โดยติดต่อช่องทางในข้อ 2 หากท่านเห็นว่าเราไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ท่านมีสิทธิ์ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains what data the automated chat assistant (chatbot) “MyCondo Chat” (Meta App ID 1037886295946903) on the Facebook Messenger inbox of the Page “MyCondo ขาย-เช่าคอนโด by Sale Mymind”, and of other Facebook Pages operated by Tiger Creative Company Limited (บริษัท ไทเกอร์ ครีเอทีฟ จำกัด), keeps about you, and how you can ask us to delete it. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.

1. What the chatbot stores

When you send a message to one of our Pages in Messenger, our system receives and stores the following data on our own server:

We do not receive your Facebook password, email address, friends list, posts or any other data from your Facebook account, and the system does not use your Facebook Login.

To generate replies, the text of your message and the recent conversation context (not your PSID) are sent to Anthropic, PBC (United States), which processes them for us as a data processor under contract and, under its commercial terms of service, does not use your data to train its models. See section 4 of our Privacy Policy for details.

2. How to request deletion

Use any one of the following:

1. In Messenger (fastest)
   Send the message “delete my data” (or “ลบข้อมูลของฉัน”) to the Page you chatted with. The chatbot records the request and replies with an acknowledgement (if a staff member is handling your conversation at that moment, the staff member acknowledges instead). A staff member then carries out the deletion.
2. Email
   Email info@investorcondo.com with the subject “ขอลบข้อมูล / Data deletion request”. Please include the name shown on your Facebook account and roughly when you contacted us (or the phone number you gave us) so that we can locate your records.
3. LINE or phone
   LINE @mycondo or call 092-526-0330 (+66 92 526 0330)

We may ask for the minimum additional information needed to confirm that the data belongs to you, and we will not use that information for any other purpose.

3. Process and timeline

1. We acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
2. We delete all data listed in section 1 that relates to you from our active systems within 30 days of receiving the request.
3. We confirm the deletion through the same channel you used to make the request.

If you make no request, the data is deleted automatically within the retention periods shown in the table in section 1.

4. What may remain after deletion

• Data we are required by law to keep, for example documents relating to a reservation or purchase that has already taken place. Such data is kept only for the period the law requires.
• Statistical data that cannot identify you.
• The copy of the conversation in your own Messenger app, and data that Meta holds on its platform, which is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy. You can delete the conversation on your side in the Messenger app and can block the Page at any time to stop further contact.

5. Your other rights

Besides deletion, you have the right to access, obtain a copy of, correct, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time, under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). Use the contact channels in section 2. If you believe we are not complying with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
